How long does my order take to ship?

Dolls can take months to produce. If you took part in a pre-order, the average wait time is 4 months. Check the updates page or the gloomy dolls instagram to keep up with the status of any pre-orders. If you purchase an in-stock doll, your order will ship within 1-2 weeks! If you ordered a faceup service with your doll, that can extend your wait time by 1 week or more.

What is your cancellation policy? 

No cancellations of doll orders will be refunded. These dolls are made to order and therefore once the order is processed, you will not be able to cancel.

What is your return policy? 

These dolls are collectable artworks and made to order. They cannot be returned or refunded.
